As expected I have to say ... disappointing to say the least. Wish I had been there to give Potter et al a bit of stick. Pathetic really.
The staright exchange value after this vote at 40% TLW shares and 60% share offer is just a bit over $2.10 ... so not much room for a play there either at this stage.
