Banks would have paid staff commissions to write loans to people they knew had no or little hope of repaying them. I guess a lot stayed in their jobs and didn't move to another industry.
Staff at the regulators who take don't seem to adequately deal with questionable practices. Where are the whistleblowers?
Brokers who float companies with questionalbe potential.
Management of speculative cos. who get a nice salary and spin a good story but don't deliver tangibles.
Peope who ramp on stock market forums.
Those who vote for massive packages for corporate executives.
As the Rev. Bill Crews says, "if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem".
