    Plus another 120M+ to come @ 15 cents.

    EPS falls to 4 cents.

    If costs blow out, EPS falls to 3.5 cents

    Upside looking worse now. The US$15M could be raised at 10 cents, which is another 175M shares

    EPS falls to 3.5 or 3 cents if costs blow out.
