Themis Medicare license and supply agreement

Themis Medicare Ltd has informed BSE regarding "License and Supply Agreement". Themis has agreed to manufacture and supply and Novartis has agreed to purchase from Themis Diclofenac topical gel formulated using a unique TPM transdermal drug delivery system, in finished dosage pharmaceutical form on certain commercial terms and conditions.
