In the context of where QMN is heading,in regard to corporate deals,proposed mining and upgrading of exploration leases i think the voting for Ratification of the Issue of 12,622,916 Ordinary Shares and 32,675,000 Options on on 24 June 2010 will be pivotal for future negotiations and could well be a major turning point for QMN holders.

I will be voting YES without hesitation.
