INTERMOCO SIGNS WITH MAJOR ELECTRICITY METERING SERVICES
PROVIDER
Intermoco Limited (“Intermoco”) is pleased to announce that it has executed a “Preferred Service
Provider Agreement” with a major Australian Integrated infrastructure Services Company with
extensive interests in providing distribution and metering services to the electricity industry
nationally.
The commercial relationship between both companies has been developed over the last twelve
months and the parties have worked together to provide a range of world class technology solutions
for information management and remote reading of interval data related to water, gas and electricity
consumption at landmark sites around Melbourne and a range of commercial and industrial sites.
Intermoco expects that this relationship will be of significant commercial benefit to both parties to
the Agreement. It has the potential to support the national distribution of Intermoco products and
services and provide world class information management solutions to end customers.
The Agreement complements other Service Provider Agreements Intermoco has in place with major
participants in the Australian electricity and utility industry. As previously announced Intermoco is
a preferred supplier to the dominant electricity utility in Western Australia. This Agreement has
been a major commercial success for Intermoco and has resulted in the deployment of Intermoco
solutions to collect and manage data from up to 2,000 remote metering points.
Intermoco also has Service Agreements with three other major utilities providing distribution and
metering services to the electricity industry in Australia located in New South Wales and
Melbourne.
