so the results are in - a very resounding yes.

Not only a yes to Shandong - but also the strongest votes were for returning existing board members.

So that's it folks ------------ rather than take on board the imbecilic din of a lot of negative argument, particularly from NON shareholders --- ACTUAL SHAREHOLDERS in large percentages have decided to go with this

AND stick with our board.


As one of our shareholders said last week - post vote the opposition doesn't count.

So, could I respectfully ask shareholders who voted no to please come on board and let's just get on with it.

Over 80% of us want this and way over 90% of us re-elected the board members up for the vote.

That is a huge endorsement for this deal and for who put it together and who supported it at board level.

Now, let's play ball.
