Had a bit of a look for details on where the Airth case is up to.
There is an email from the case officer Jane Robertson dated 20th August 2014 on this site here that says the reporters will be on leave during September and that they can't start writing up the decision until October at the earliest. She has an e-mail address and phone number if anyone wants to check up with her directly.
