It reads as the deal and placement was already done days ago. Why they did not wait I do not know. But at only a 2% discount for 7M when the last one was a 15% discount for half that and a SPP, me thinks it speaks for itself. Only disappointment is we the long term holders have not been rewarded at all for pushing this up to 60 cents.
