2 - Listening to a diverse group of Indigenous Australians about the policies and challenges that affect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
If that isnt being done now via their local reps and indig affiars mininsters and NIAA then why dont we just address that issue without the need for a costly referendum?
When my local MP does the rounds and garners feedback from all his consituents, is he ignoring the ATSI people and their concerns? Or is he giving them the same weighting as my concerns?
