If the Voice is going to be a grassroots body then doesn't it follow that the people on it will be people that 99% of the population will have never have heard of before? Does that mean that none of them will city dwelling 'white black fellas'? ie not Thorpe, Pearson, Mundine or any of the authors of the Statement from the Heart.
Who knows, the process or scope or structure hasn't been defined yet.
