Noone wants it delisted - the holders and ex holders simply want to stop the rot. At present it's still there.
It CAN be stopped without being delisted and it's ittesponsible of you to suggest that anyone wants that to happen. It's well documented that there is no need for that - there is simply a need for a major board shake out in many of our opinions.
Now that you are here, please tell us how you would propose CVI go about funding a $300mill refinery and also buy out Fortitude, and still look after shareholder interest?
I can't seem to find any numbers that satisfy that.
Seems to me we'd need to end up with about 20 billion shares or more, whether that would be prior to or post consolidation I just don't know - but it is a hard call to make surely?
