I was part of the cvi collective and I supported the idea of calling for the egm.
As it turned out smyth seemed to have all the answers to questions that were put to him.Asic nor the shareholders assoc havent been able to intervene as it appears that their has been no wrong doing.
Talk of a class action is ridiculous,people make investment decisions everyday and many are doomed to fail.After the egm it would have been better for those that were still peeded off to sell and move on if the outcome wasnt what they were after.
At the moment all I read is chatter that is bitter and twisted.People need to move on to another stock and another thread and let cvi sort itself out..gotta be more to life than bagging cvi 24/7.
