cmon mate what a ridiculous statement...(As it turned out smyth seemed to have all the answers to questions that were put to him.Asic nor the shareholders assoc havent been able to intervene as it appears that their has been no wrong doing..)

do u honestly believe that 40 million dollars of shareholders funds that has been pilfered to smyth's mates amounts to no case to answer for. pull your head out of the sand. smyth and co are hoping exactly what u are saying happens so they can slowly sleek away with all the cash.

wheredegone past shareholders like myself didnt lose money on cvi because of the gfc, we were blantantly robbed by smyth and co. like i said before i would have rather lost my money being robbed at gun point. at least u knew what u were dealing with
