Yesterday it was potential heart attack day.
I opened the water bill....$1200+
Well we had this leak in the pipe through a bushy paddock but that got fixed a monrh & a half ago
That pushed the last bill up from around $80 to $350 but that wasn't the real problem.
Today was potential brain freakout.
They told me about this form on their website to apply for a rebate on lost water
So I filled that in ok, attached the plumbers bill and a photo of the meter reading from yesterday,, got to the end where I had to do the "I am not a robot' business
...I couldn't get it right. I must have tried half a dozen times. What's happening? Am I finally losing it? Alzheimer's creeping upon me?
So I rang them again, told the girl, and she had a little giggle! Then she told me just to put it in an email and send that
By then it was lunch so I just left it. When I came back, I thought no, I've never failed one of these before and it's not going to beat me now
So I brought up the last page again, ticked the boxes and it went theough as it should
It had been a tech problem and they had fixed it while I was having lunch.
