I think Messrs Marland would be happy to hear he now owns PT (whats is it with you two) Telino is the majority holder with Marland owning 22% (I think). The announcement sounds to me more of a compliance release probably for the coming prospectus (Option Buy Back).
The only thing new here from what I see is the 22k customers which is basically "Art of the obvious" ie connecting 3k per month , last release 20k etc
