In answer to extralite, remember it is swiftel who are the publically listed company and they are supposedly taking over powertel (we know this is not true i.e a reverse takeover), so I would assume that swift bears the cost of the merger.
What would be interesting though: Swift not making profit, PTL making profit, what about the merged entity, it has not been said whether both together will still make a profit this f/y.
