There are lots of "dirt cheap" stocks on the market at the moment Alvin. Some even cheap on a fundamental basis. If Sipa's price performance is annoying you then i have another stock that has me scratching my head so much i have splinters.

This other company has regularly come up with strong Cu interesctions of 4-5 % over 70 & 80m. Has an economically minable resource. Has the backing of a major Japanese metals trader, has plenty of cash in the bank, is able to easily raise funds with blue chip boutique fund managers, management are the biggest single shareholders, managment are regularly lauded by their industry peers, and the company has a small amount of stock on issue. After ticking all those boxes the price of the bloody thing is still languishing. Go figure !
