Whats the most expensive input here ... drilling !

Would a drilling company be interested in receiving a piece of the pie in return for a substantial discount on the drilling cost ? Of course that would require a driller with a healthy balance sheet and some entrepreneurial spirit.

What about a cap raising at a slight premium with attached partly paid to $0.01 shares convertable at a 50% discount to the prevailing price 24 months post issue. Conditional upon an economic resource being discovered.
