Read your previous on the INL holding, your point is good and I am very aware of that. I also believe the above statement is a distinct possibility.
I would be extremely surprised if INL tried to offload their holding as it would lower the value of their own holding. I also believe they have an underlying motive not to here.
There is a lot more to this than any of us know I am sure.
