fair chunk of it was some heavy short selling I suspect, and though some would have made some cash yesterday .. those who held their position will have been burnt today. betting on two red days and you get hit with a big fat green candle

just let the market do its thing, buy in dips if you can and let the company do the talking.

nothing has been signed or agreed with Celgene, and as there has been no announcement suggesting that Celgene wish to walk away - then we can only assume they are still trying to agree on the final terms. It helped that when I called earlier in the week, it was made clear to me that discussions were still on-going with Celgene, so I am happy to go along with my assumption that they are close to putting pen to paper.
