You are spot on about the govt departments run by morons. State Water in NSW need a rocket. The former water minister was to be a speaker at the forum but mysteriously didn't turn up. There may be no issues with water for Boda even with the close proximity to Burrendong Dam and the Macquarie River. A client told me there is significant groundwater available at Bodangora, Also a sewerage treatment plant not too distant from that site. If our esteemed govt leaders could get off their fat butts for one minute and institute both a Lake Argyle and a Bradfield scheme they would probably have a lean payback period once all that excess water is sold. Both plans would probably pay for themselves over time and create massive employment and subsequent economic growth. But unfortunately all our politicians at ALL levels, local, State and fed. are as you put it - morons.
