    Rumours and fear, all good to set up for buy. IMO if the announcement is bad, the price will go down due to panic, and over the following few days/weeks return to around the 5-6 cent mark. Current price reflects fear and I beleive even now it is oversold. CER has good fundamentals to bring SP back to a reasonable level(most holders now probably happy with 0.12), but it will take some time.
