a lot of people would be very annoyed with the timing of this announcement,the shares rose yesterday on steady buying (sellers droped off ? )
i assumed that suspending the prodject would cost around $25 mil but it looks like all the cash will go plus start up costs,so close but---i wonder if the shares will be suspended ? if i had bought yesterday i would be very p--sed off.if you can still beleive in this prodject there will be cheap buy in coming or another chineese takeover !
