About a year ago I got onto a stock called RPM ( Roma Petroleum ). It was at about 4 cents...just like ITC. I researched it and loved it so much I got 2 million. That was a lucky break ( they went to about 22 cents ) but I did kick myself for not buying 4 million.

Something is telling me to increase my stake in ITC from 2m to 4m.
If Stormbird comes in I will have lost my opportunity.

The IEA report comes out tomorrow so just maybe I should have bought them today. But I rather think this market has people so confused they may not understand the significance of a 9.1% natural production decline from the world's top 500 oilfields.

And here I was promosing myself to keep some powder dry.
