    According to at least a couple of sources the Kurds are reported to be amenable to doing a deal with the Syrian government if Assad is replaced. I think the sticking point is how Turkey would react.
    That could lead to Iran, Syrian govt and Kurds all being on the same side. If Russia maintains a presence Turkish objections will be neutralised, as will all the rebel groups. Then see where it goes from there.
