Yet Again, page-42

I got an update from PPP as no doubt did others sent at approx 2.30pm today. If you look at the graphs that is when the price jumped. I am not saying that was the the reason for the spike, too much speculation already. The update assured that AVQ was locked in and just needed a sign off by the new mines minister. So from PPP another month was a conservative stab at a date but then could be any day. PPP is going to send me (at least) an update in 2 weeks if nothing has happened. I don't want to get into a debate as I am new to this stock and trading in general.
