to clarify, Walker Group still appear to own over 5% of Acrux.
[you're right Walker Group did submit a ceasing to be a substantial shareholder form in Feb2011, however it just lists how many they sold, which is quite a small portion of the total holding they reported on their previous notice in Dec2010. they should probably either correct or clarify at some stage].
i haven't seen any large shareholder selling down in June (or May for that matter), which is a good sign.
in my opinion key drivers for this stock will be axiron sales figures and potential for takeover by eli lilly and i think there is strong potential on both.
