You could be right, although I would have said "may" be looking for a plcmt rather than "will".

I received their letter also, so they got my details from the share register...are offering a free research report on OEL. They also even mentioned how good they were at cap raising!

If they're targeting just the OEL register, I can smell a rights issue coming on...may raise enough money to get them over the line...then again, the environment isn't very conducive...without a large sweetener, particularly when you could have picked up more in the 16's just a short while ago!
