While I appreciate your point, Hingdog, I don't think there should be a statute of limitations on murdering defenseless children - history be damned regardless of the perpetrators or organization. Meaningless, shallow apologies just don't cut it - they need to feel some pain, even if its one giant mother of a fine in the $Billions. Canada, in this case, can just confiscate their property and hand it to well run charities that don't kill and molest children as part of their operations. Teach the bastards a lesson they won't forget, and hopefully won't repeat.
