Two that I know of:
1) Management have no friends that's a given.
2) They have made it known they will not do TKG any favours so read into that what u like but it tells me why buy if the intention is to bleed TKG.
They may well have buying in place at a price who knows but u would think the likes of Blackrock wouldn't be too happy.
