Most positive for SP in my view would be revaluation upwards in property valuations. That would indicate that there is finally a floor under property declines.

As Morley mentioned earlier some market observers starting to identify Japanese real estate as a good value, after few years of decline.

Japan is already announcing improved and growing GDP and together with the improving real estate this might break the the back of deflation that has been persistent in Japan for some time.
