Strongly agree Coppertop:

"Really cumbersome language in my view which promots misunderstanding. They could have just used the words "change"

I always thought that when you revalue the the value goes up and when the value goes down you devalue.

But AJA use term "Revalue" to mean change in valuation which was negative in the last year figures.

Counfusing. as well as cumbersome.
