They must have deep pockets, the SMSL idiots. These vexatious lawsuits are just tying up the courts.
But I'd really like to know how they can get a hearing so quickly, while the defamation case against them isn't until February next year.... and during the interim, they are defaming Lynas on just about every type of media from Facebook to the press.
Surely both Lynas's legal team, and the Malaysian courts, can see that these cases are all designed to frustrate and delay, and have no basis. SMSL should be ordered by the courts to cease bringing vexatious litigation or risk being thrown in the slammer.
Pity I can't see that happening, though.
