- needs a consultant NOT a full timer (less overall cost and much greater overall bang for buck)
- almost no-one suitably qualified would be available - gross skills shortage
- almost no-one who is OK would work FULL TIME for Uran until they get projects - (same would apply to filling KFs shoes now).
- don't see that Windumurra will stop him doing bis Uran service properly.
