Discovery and Uran are currently 2 separate entities, however, both companies have the same common interests, ie to acquire projects in Cz and Ukraine. As mentioned previously, Discovery has a dozen or more shareholders other than the ones working directly for Uran. (do your own company search via ASIC). Obviously, these shreholders are working behind the scenes for and on behalf of Uran.

Drillfix, not every activity Uran performs needs to be disclosed to the ASX. The above is not sensitive information. Its called using common sense.
