PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Uran Limited (URA, formerly Great Western Exploration Limited) is a mineral
exploration and evaluation company with primary focus in procuring uranium. The
geographical focus is currently in the former Soviet Union territories
including, Czech Republic, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

DISCOVERY MINERALS PTY LTD: URA has entered into an option to acquire all of the
shares in Discovery Minerals Pty Ltd. The company is a private firm which is in
negotiations to acquire advanced and producing uranium properties in the
countries of

Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Discovery Minerals Pty Ltd is a company
associated with Ms Kate Hobbs, who is a Director of URA.

CZECH REPUBLIC PROJECT: The Rozna Uranium mine is located in Czech Republic
approximately 270km southeast of the capital Prague.Rozna is part of the
Rozna-Olsi uranium field which has produced in excess of 20,000 tonnes of
uranium. As of June 2007, URA filed 4 exploration permits around Brzkov.

UZBEKISTAN PROJECT: Through its option to acquire Discovery Minerals Pty Ltd,
Uran has a strategic alliance with Integra Group to acquire existing uranium
resources and advanced uranium projects in Uzbekistan.

KAZAKHSTAN PROJECT: URA has entered into a strategic alliance with Integra
Group, a Russian company which carries out mining and engineering projects
largely within Kazakhstan. All acquisitions will be made in subsidiary company
Urasia Mining.

UKRAINE PROJECT: The Gurevskoye and Surskoye uranium projects are located in the
Dnipropetrovsky region of the Ukraine approximately 380km southeast of the
capital Kiev and will ultimately be mined in joint venture with Uran and the
Ukraine government body VostGOK. Gurevskoye and Surskoye are within the largest
uranium mining district in the Ukraine. Uranium processing facilities are
located in nearby Zheltye Vody, the heart of the mining district. Since 2002 the
Zheltye Vody mill is estimated to have produced 800 tonnes of uranium per annum,
80% of its nominal production capacity. Mill capacity is planned for expansion
to 2,000 tonnes of uranium per annum.
