I've noticed that within the suburb I live and those surrounding it, those desperate RE agents are placing their "Open Home" signs on peoples verges/front lawns for days at a time before the actual home open.
The trend is to place them on the "priority routes" which receive the most traffic and I suppose it's really just to increase advertising and get more drive by's for the property which is also has signage?
Desperate times calls for desperate measures meanwhile our suburbs are further cluttered with RE signage.
