wogar, obviously the lab govt isn't spending anywhere near as much of the revenue as the Libs did over 9 years of debt and deficit disaster.
why didn't the ABCC fix this problem? why didn't the LibNats go after the CFMEU? they had 9 years to fix this and did nothing other than appoint a new board (no doubt the BOD was full of construction company board members and semi-retired former Lib MPs). why didn't they fix the problems?
