CREC were happy to pay shareholders .065 cps for 80% of their holdings. They have control of the company and whatever their long term plans are after they determine the value of the current tenements is worthwhile waiting around for I believe.

It's been a long wait but things seem to be gathering some pace now. Patience is the name of the game here. There is no pressure on the company to do anything. As has been stated they now have a foothold with which to move onto bigger and better things.
