Santoo - I also like to think that URAOA are much more attractive than options that arent tradeable on market (new options in rights issue will not be traded on market), so for someone like me who will get a chunk when I subsribe for my shares in the rights issue, If I want to excersise them, its going to be a hell of alot of $$$ to convert them.
URAOA can be bought and held and traded etc. Much more convenient, but hey thats just me.
