Well, firstly I would suspect NF is going to have to make commentary around what this means for AVZ's timeline to production given Yibin is intended to underpin the upfront Offtakes and production profile. So how much spare capacity does Tianyi have and what/who are AVZ actually targeting for their Offtake Agreements (as I would be surprised if AVZ didn't know what Tianyi were up to in their short term plans for concentrate if they were required prior to AVZ coming to production etc)
Post #: 43421863 The question is given the PLS announcement says 5 years, how binding is actually the 5 year term? There have been deliveries to Tianyi based on the PLS announcement as well.

Secondly, as I posted a little while ago I thought the delays were because of Tianyi, not FIRB and this Offtake is playing on my mind as well - Post #: 43276651 and Post #: 43282302. I just hope that NF hasn't been outplayed and used as a pawn by Tianyi. I'll leave it at that.

Thirdly, FIRB approval now becomes a must to restore confidence that Tianyi is not playing games here.
