Whilst CSM has sat in low 60s investors have been accumulating their (at those prices) 8% yield.
The MD, Michael Kiernan, has been acclaimed for turning CSM around from what it was 4 or so years ago.
With a background in transport logistics, he came in and slashed costs, made supply deals and this April listed CSM on the London AIM. Similar companies to CSM in London trade on PEs of 16-18.
The Instos are already all over this one. Portfolio Partners has like a 15% stake in this. I think National Nominees is another big holder. I'm not sure about who the other top shareholders are.
