    My estimates are similar to your's @grandcaruso

    2015:
    Revenue: $236M
    EBITDA: $20.7M
    Net Profit: $9.3M

    EPS: 6.8C
    Final Div: 3.1c-3.5c

    Base case DCF valuation: $0.78
    If they manage to produce some revenue growth over the next few years (which i think they will), value is significantly higher.
