why????????????????????????????????????????

this is from what I can tell a solid property based play with long term leases to large experienced operators????

they have a partnership of sorts with the Panthers Leagues clubs that has still yet to be exploited..

Leases increase with CPI...

They have very little debt (which has an expiry of approx 3yrs, I think??)

I am going to increase my overdraft and get some more of these as it doesnt seem to make sense..

Any one else able to shed any more light on these??
