In early september Pioupiou when referring to a MND director buying on mkt noted:
"As a crude rule of thumb, if a director buys shares on market, and without either company pressure or inducement to do so, I am inclined to value the shares at 20% more than what the director paid. There have been a number of studies in the UK, USA and I think I have seen Australian research on the topic, and from memory I think they tended to support my 20%.
Christopher Percival Michelmore bought on market:
...... Date ...... Units ..... Price ...... Amount
.. 31/08/15 ..... 6686 ..... 7.528 ..... $50,328.99
.. 27/08/15 ..... 7500 ..... 7.432 ..... $55,743.53
This suggests a value of about $7.50 x 1.2 = $9.00. It's crude I know, and one would need to analyse other facts to feel comfortable with $9.00 as a valuation, which is not the same thing as the SP."
This director bought on mkt AFTER the yr end was released but pre div (of course). nevertheless indicates he feels 1HFY16 will not be too different from 2Hfy15.
