Correct Stantrent. They are accumulating stock so they can then distribute it when they create another spike like between 31/12/2012 and 18/1/2013. The process of accumulation involves forcing all the buyers between those two dates to surrender their shares at a a loss and create a spike to make them buy them back in the spike that follows at a higher price.
