Yes, it can be pretty complicated when you are starting out. If you can't quite follow it all, here are the most important points.
1. Add the total dividends in the year (in this case 28c), and divide by the current SP (currently $3.74). That is your fully franked yield. In this case 7.5%.
2. Divide this number by 0.7. This is your equivalent unfranked yield. For MTS it's currently 10.7%. This means that another investment like a bank account, or a company that pays an unfranked dividend, would have to pay this yield to equal the 7.5% fully franked MTS dividend.
