Relic,
don't rely on brokers. I have always found that the best time to buy is when most of the brokers are down on TLS. There was huge negativity a few years ago and I bought all the way down to $2.96. Almost all broker predictions were wrong, particularly on free cashflow. You have to wonder what game some brokers are playing.
My own view is that TLS has one of the best business models and is most likely to sustain its dividend.
