Worth bearing in mind that when ACR paid the 8c dividend, the share price was $2.00. That was a 4% yield. This is a very hard one to pick, but mita has loads of info and calculations for the fundamentals- good stuff, mita.
As for the ASX200 deletion, Macquarie Equities has done some research on this, and says:
"In the case of the ASX200 deletions, they underperformed leading up to the announcement, traded flat during the implementation and then rebounded post-implementation." __________
